Marjorie A. Hoying age 85 formerly of Luthman Rd. Minster, Ohio died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, Ohio. She was born May 31, 1928 in Russia, Ohio to the late Albert & the late Eva (Didier) Monnin. She married Paul F. Hoying on August 25, 1848 in Russia, Ohio. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2008. She is survived by children Shirley & Mark Gregory, St. Petersburg, FL, Dan & Julie Hoying, Tustin, Ca, Kathy Hoying, Anna, OH, Ron & Becky Hoying, Piqua, OH, Patricia Hamberg, Anna, OH & Ken & Diane Hoying, Pataskala, OH, 18 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, brother, Anthony & Alice Monnin, Albuquerque, NM, sisters-in-law Mary Monnin, Sidney & Barb Monnin, Fairborn. She was preceded in death by son-in-law Michael Parke, brothers & sister Lloyd & Marie Monnin, Sister Eileen Monnin, C.PPS, Robert Monnin & Frank Monnin. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. She was a former member of the Adoration group, and she made Baptismal Cloths. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother & great grandmother. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM Friday, October 4, 2013 at Sacred heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville with Rev. John Tonkin celebrant. Friends may call at the SACRED HEART OF JESUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, McCartyville from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 3, 2013, and from 9:0 to 10:00 AM on Friday, October 4. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Building Fund. Burial will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
