Dennis F. Winner age 72 of 14940 Conover Rd. New Weston, Ohio, died at 12:30 PM on Thursday April 10, 2014 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton after being ill for 2 1/2 weeks. He was born on January 26, 1942 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Herb & Millie (Poeppelman) Winner. On November 30, 1963 he married Marilyn Wente in New Bremen and she survives in New Weston. He is also survived by children; Sandy & Gary Pierron, Versailles, Missy & Craig Woltz, Tipp City, Denise & Dale Winner, Brookville, Tim & special friend Janel Winner, New Weston, grandchildren; Brett, Brandon, Brooke, Carsyn, Connor, Deanna, Derek, Danielle, Tara, Chad & Haley, brother Fred & Mary Winner, New Weston & Teresa & Jim Fishpaw, Celina, in-laws Shirley Seger, Janice & Dick Ahrns, Tom & Joyce Wente, Dennis & Leah Wente, Connie Will, Ted & Ann Wente, sister-in-law Bert Wente. He was preceded in death by in-laws Dolores Bentz, Bob Wente, Walt Seger & Mike Will. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, He was also a member of the Goat Farmers, Versailles Eagles, Osgood Legion, E & R Coffee Club, Celina Moose. He was a retired volunteer fireman for the Osgood Fire Department and a veteran of the National Guard. He retired from Midmark after over 40 years of service as a truck driver and was a turkey farmer. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Monday, April 14, 2014 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood with Rev. David Zink Celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Martin Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 13, 2014 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Monday, April 14, 2014. Memorials may be made to Osgood Fire & Rescue Squad. Condolences may be made at
