I was so saddened to hear of Marvin's passing. He had dealt with so many health issues and always remained so kind and appreciative. Barb is a always by his side and truly his advocate during his illness. You do not always come by such lovely people in the healthcare profession and I am honored to have met these two people and provide what limited help I could to them. Barb I will miss talking with you and send you my deepest sympathy.

We will surely miss our patio time and home visits with Marv. There are so many memories we don't know where to start, but the best one is when he told K.C. recently that his gutters needed clean out in front of the house. But, he did say the that the ladder was in the shed and we were always welcome to use it. He was so generous with his tools, etc. and we never felt uncomfortable asking Marv for a favor or advice. He & Barb have been a great support to us.

Thanks, Buddy, for the memories!

Dear Barb, Julie, and Ted,
All of us have been left with a huge hole in the family. Marv was the one to rely on for help. He lead and helped our Mother when Dad died. He was there again when Mother joined Dad in Heaven. He was a guide to us many times in our lives. He seem to know just what to do and how to help us. Above all he loved his Lord, his family and his friends.
Marv tried in every way to beat his cancer, but our Lord had another plan. We cherish the time he was with us. May he now rest in peace.
God Bless you Barb, Julie and Ted and his beloved grandkids as you go on with your lives knowing you were always first with him.
Your loving sister and brother-in-law,
Carolyn and Dick Mescher

I'm not sure what to say, my heart goes out to you. Barb, Juli and Ted, I am so sorry, he was such a wonderful guy I can't believe it's over. I am so glad I got to talk to him a couple of weeks ago at the hardware. He was such a nice man. I will miss him. His great smile and nice laugh... lots of memories from babysitting times...... So sorry, Sarah and Ken Sommer

Had some great times together and lots of laughs. Quite a man and did much for people while on the Rescue Squad, Town Council, American Legion, and various other organizations. Will be missed.
